MessageNet's supplier will be completing routine maintenance during this time. During this time customers will still be able to send fax messages via MessageNet for the extent of the outage window. Fax messages will queue at the supplier's end until after 11:30 AM on the 23.01.2020.

Any Email to Fax sent during the window will be queued for delivery once maintenance is completed.

Any API to Fax sent during the window will be queued for delivery once maintenance is completed.

The window for MessageNet's Scheduled Outage is included below:

Scheduled Outage Begin: 23.01.20 at 10:30 AM (UTC+1100) (23rd January 2020 at 10:30 AM)
Scheduled Outage End: 23.01.20 at 11:30 AM (UTC+1100) (1 hour duration)

The maximum outage time we envision is 1 hour.
