Scheduled - We will be updating the security certificate for our MessageNet web servers.
This update is for anyone that connects to the following HTTPS endpoints:

- www.messagenet.com.au
- api.messagenet.com.au

This update is set to occur on Sunday 15th March 11:00 UTC+0. (22:00 AEDT)

During the update, pending requests will use the old certificate, and new requests will use the new certificate.

There is no expected downtime associated with the update.

If you do pin / store our certificate, or store the fingerprint, you will need to update this once the change has occurred.

At this time the queued messages are sending at an increased rate. The current ETA for the queue to clear is 1 hour, however we are working to get this done quicker.

Identified - Our engineering team have identified the issue and have made some fixes.

We can see that queued messages are now being processed, however it is slower than normal and not at full capacity.

Our team are continuing to work to resolve this completely and get back to full throughput.
