We will be undergoing routine database maintenance during this time. During this time customers will not be able to send messages via MessageNet for the extent of the outage window.
Any calls made to our Web Portal or API will return a status 503 service unavailable response.
Any Email to SMS received during the window will be queued for delivery once maintenance is completed.
The window for MessageNet's Scheduled Outage is included below:
Scheduled Outage Begin: 12.01.20 at 11:00 PM (UTC+1100) (12th January 2020 at 11 PM)
Scheduled Outage End: 12.01.20 at 11:10 PM (UTC+1100) (10 minute duration)
The maximum outage time we envision is 10 minutes however it may be a quick as 2 minutes.
