MessageNet will be completing routine maintenance during this time. A routine deployment of API1 and API2 will be occurring, to improve integration with other systems, and minor bugfixes. During this time customers will still be able to send SMS messages via MessageNet for the extent of the maintenance window. We do not expect any outage with regards to SMS sending via our APIs during this time.

Date/Time: Tuesday 19th January, 2:00 PM (Syd/Mel)
Deployment window: 60 mins.

What systems are affected:
-MessageNet API1 – Lodge.asmx and Receive.asmx endpoints

NOTE: SSL connections will also be affected by this change.

Both APIs will still be operational during the maintenance window. No messages will be queued at any time. The development and infrastructure teams will be on hand and will be closely monitoring to ensure no customer impact during this time.

The window for MessageNet's Scheduled maintenance is included below:

Scheduled maintenance Begin: 19.01.2021 at 2:00 PM (UTC+1100) (19th January 2021 at 2:00 PM)
Scheduled maintenance End: 19.01.2021 at 3:00 PM (UTC+1100) (60 minute duration)

The maximum maintenance time we envision is 60 minutes.
